WittyFood ("we," "our," or "us") operates the WittyFood mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

• Favorites: Dishes you save to your favorites list.

Information collected automatically:

• Location Data: With your permission, we collect your device's location to show nearby restaurants. You can disable location access in your device settings.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used and search history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Process your food searches and show relevant restaurant recommendations
• Show restaurants and dishes near your location
• Save your preferences and favorites
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
