Welcome to WittyFood! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WittyFood mobile application ("App") operated by WittyFood ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

WittyFood is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users discover similar dishes at nearby restaurants. Users can:

• Take photos of food to find similar dishes nearby
• Search for dishes by text description
• Browse restaurant menus and dish information
• Save favorite dishes
• View nearby restaurants on a map

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Restaurant and Dish Information

We are not affiliated with the restaurants displayed in the App unless explicitly stated. Prices, menu items, and restaurant hours may change without notice.

5. AI-Powered Features

Our App uses artificial intelligence to analyze food images and match dishes. You acknowledge that:

• AI results are suggestions and may not be 100% accurate
• The App may not correctly identify all foods or dietary restrictions
• You are responsible for verifying allergen and dietary information with restaurants

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WittyFood and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our services.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITTYFOOD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any third-party conduct on the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WittyFood, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
